This week my body was just sleepy. I lost 1kg and feel like the gains are showing more. I am sleeping 8-9 hours a night as I am doing more cardio and I need more rest. I'm in bed by 10pm and normally 10:30pm. 

The clean eating is the hardest and my 1.5 hour cardio day....
