Cheap and easy Feta vege Frittata meal

Ingredients: 

4 egg whites and 1 whole egg 

Half a grated zucchini 

1/4 block of feta cheese - cut up into small pieces.

 

Mix ingredients and fry lightly till golden on each side. 

Serve with a side of rice cakes and honey for carbs. 

I seasoned my frittatas with chilli salt and bone broth.

Enjoy - serves 1
