Last week of my 12 week challenge for a Bikini Athlete body

My last week was so hectic I basically was drinking 6 litres of water most of the week and eating minimal food. 

 

I flew to NZ on Thursday night after a 4:30am cardio session that morning with my cold sweet potato and chicken meals and spent most of the flight drinking water and using the bathroom. I'm pretty sure the people on the flight thought I had a major problem. I went straight from the plane to the gym and trained legs. I then finally caught up with my family cooking more sweet potato and trying to sleep with time difference. 

 

My amazing coach Sheena stayed up all hours checking on me and helping me with advice and posing changes and well just everything so thank you coach. You got me to NZ and motivated me continually 💕

 

Friday the day before the show I woke too early and we drove 2.5 hours to Waikato for tanning and grabbing pancakes (yes this is my dry meal the day of the show). Sounds good but with no water it's not very nice. I got tanned by pro tan with guys around and women and felt slightly violated to stand naked and sprayed with barely any coverage for females. I however was pleased with the result and so many people they did there best. 

 

Saturday up at 6am to pose. No water today and drove to my next tanning session which was also naked in front of many people and trying to hide behind a small tent. Not the experience I expected but the tan was great! 

 

Briefing was at 10am and the show started late so I knew I was there for a late one. My Sister Liz did my makeup and got my food and drove me around which was so much support I couldn't have done the show without her and my family getting my food and driving there to sit from 10am to 9:30pm to watch me for 30 seconds.

 

I meet so many amazing athletes and we all supported each other back stage. Amazing how many beautiful people compete inside and out. It takes so much mentally and physically to do a show so a big congrats to all athletes and new friendships. 

 

I bought to the stage with my coach Sheena's help the best package so far. I did not place but a ripped body isn't always the look they are after on the day. I now have more goals to get me going for next day because there is always a next time and ways to improve.
