This was the hardest week. Some days I think wow I'm on track and other days I just want to sit down at dinner like normal people and say yes to dessert and not get up at 5am for cardio but I do what it takes with no excuses because I'm doing this for me.
It's hard to give up normal food and eat fish, spinach and asparagus for the next few weeks but that is what gets my bodyfat low. Yes I have carbs which is normally oats so I can still lift heavy weights and function.
All I want to do is nap a lot as my body is physically at capacity with work, training, cooking and posing practice. I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel some days with training. My clients are the best so they brighten up my day watching them change.
A rest day for me is usually just wanting to lie down and watch TV as your mentally to tired.
I went in for a massage and got dry needles instead so I can turn better where tight in posing and I have to say the pain was about a 8/10 but I felt awesome after thanks to Darren at 4D physio.
So much to transform still and today is under 4 weeks which scares me a little. I am still racing that hamster wheel to catch-up to ladies prepping 20 weeks or longer in 12 weeks.
It's tough and it's mentally exhausting but who am I to say no to good challenge... 😁
