This week was really tough. I had a day off sick and didn't feel like meal prepping and after taking a cup of harden up I decided to cook and get up and do my cardio. The hard part is some weeks you look great and some you don't but you have to believe in your coach and the process.
If bodybuilding competitions were easy I wouldn't do it. Sacrifice of a social life is hard but only 5 weeks to go :)
I live for my cheat meal each week of a burger as you eat so clean you need to top up once a week or you will eat to fridge.
I often go to the supermarket as I constantly need to cook meals and keep looking for anything that I can snack on a low calorie diet but often come out with nothing as even healthy snacks when you read the packets are actually not healthy at all.
I feel extra hungry this week but put that down to feeling a bit sick one day as I always crave carbs.
Next week is week 4 and I will have to give it all I have and then some more. Early nights and early starts.
