12 week challenge NZIFBB- week 3 of 12

This week my body was just sleepy. I lost 1kg and feel like the gains are showing more. I am sleeping 8-9 hours a night as I am doing more cardio and I need more rest. I'm in bed by 10pm and normally 10:30pm. 


The clean eating is the hardest and my 1.5 hour cardio day. I have just been given high and low carb days so will see how my body reacts. Loving the process of pushing myself with athlete training which, is still the hardest thing I have done. 


I don't get hangry anymore as my body has adapted to fasted cardio mornings and my love for coffee is strong. I managed to have just one chai latte last week so proud I stuck to long black mainly where I add cinnamon and stevia to sweeten. 


My posing is getting better so that is a bonus as my goal is to be able to get on stage without falling over or forgetting something with nerves.


I tried Maca the superfood pills this week and they are awesome. They make me feel calm and relaxed and I noticed my skin is looking better than ever since using the pills. Sold in health stores. 


I am excited to see how I go next week but this nana is off to sleep. Exhausted but happy with the process xx
